In order to better meet the growing demand for personalised products, LUSINI has expanded its customising machinery. An 8-head embroidery machine has recently been added to support production.
The machine replaces several single-head models, requires less floor space and is controlled via centralised software. This means that significantly more orders can now be processed in parallel – a noticeable gain in terms of efficiency and adherence to deadlines, especially during busy periods.
There will also be a training course on how to create your own embroidery files. This allows more flexibility in the design of motifs and shortens internal processes.
The expansion is a further step towards future-proofing the customising area and being able to react more quickly to individual customer requests.
