We are not only keen on new ideas when it comes to developing products – we are also keen on developing knowledge and communication formats. The question was: How can we provide all interested colleagues with the most value-added exchange with our customers in the shortest possible time? Speeddating with our customer advisory boards was born.
On 20.03.23, 12 customer advisory boards from 10 different companies were on site in Wertingen to answer our questions. The participating colleagues were able to ask all their questions about gastronomy and hotel industry topics in small groups and in 5-minute intervals.
About 40 colleagues from product development, marketing, sales and many other areas took the opportunity to enter into dialogue with our customers. Hoteliers, restaurateurs, spa operators, sommeliers and TV chefs answered our questions with a lot of fun and good humour. We are happy for being able to improve with the new knowledge and for being again a step closer to our customers in our mindset.
