LUSINI welcomes new trainees and dual students

On 1 September, a total of twelve new trainees and dual students started their careers at LUSINI. The new recruits are starting their training in various specialist areas, including e-commerce, warehouse logistics, media design, office management, IT and business administration. This wide-ranging training programme makes it possible to respond specifically to the requirements of the catering and hotel industry and train the specialists of tomorrow. As part of a structured induction week, the junior staff were comprehensively prepared for their new tasks. After a company presentation and a tour of the logistics department, the trainees received their work materials and were familiarised with the most important programmes and processes. A particular focus was placed on team-building activities, during which the new trainees were able to develop their teamwork and communication skills. Team cohesion was strengthened through familiarisation games, workshops and a joint photo shoot. Training at LUSINI plays a key role in attracting qualified employees and developing them in the long term. In addition to in-depth specialist knowledge, the trainees acquire practical skills and learn to take on responsibility in their respective areas.
