On 5 July, the Family Business Career Day will take place in Karlsruhe. Karlsruhe. The “Family Business Career Day” is a joint initiative of leading family businesses, the Entrepreneurs Club and the Family Business Foundation under the patronage of the Federal Minister of Economics with the aim of supporting family businesses in recruiting. Family businesses make up 90 % of companies in Germany and provide 60 % of jobs. The career environment in family businesses is characterised by sustainable management, a positive working atmosphere and diverse personal development opportunities.
