LUSINI and the future of work: Career Day 2024

On 5 July, the inspiring motto of the Family Business Career Day in Karlsruhe was “Live work differently”. 60 family businesses and more than 600 accredited applicants came together to discover the diverse career opportunities in family businesses and to exchange ideas. Numerous exciting conversations took place during the individual interviews in the TechLab and at the company’s own stand. The lively exchange with the interested participants provided valuable insights and new perspectives. The event provided an ideal platform for getting to know talented applicants. A big thank you to everyone who took part in the Family Business Career Day. The positive response and inspiring encounters whet our appetite for more. We are looking forward to future events of this kind. The Career Day impressively demonstrated how family businesses such as the LUSINI Group enrich the world of work and the opportunities they offer to shape careers in a new, individualised way.
