Learning and discovering at LUSINI Juniors Day

For the 14th time, the LUSINI Group organised the popular Juniors Day on the Day of Prayer and Repentance – a day dedicated entirely to the children of employees. A total of 18 children aged between 6 and 12 enjoyed an unforgettable morning at the Kraus adventure farm in Höchstädt. Together with experienced carers, the young participants immersed themselves in the world of farming: Feeding and stroking animals, grinding grain, baking bread rolls and preparing delicious spreads – the morning was packed with experiences that were not only fun, but also provided valuable knowledge about food and sustainable agriculture. For the LUSINI Group, Juniors Day is more than just a day out: it emphasises the company’s commitment to a family-friendly corporate culture that actively supports employees. While the children experience exciting adventures, parents enjoy the certainty that their little ones are well looked after – and can look forward to a day’s holiday saved. With campaigns such as Juniors Day, the LUSINI Group sends out a clear signal of appreciation and support for families. After all, a good working environment starts where you never lose sight of the big picture: with the people behind the company and their families.
