On 1 September 2025, LUSINI in Wertingen began its 2025 training programme with six new trainees – Olcay, Robert, Domenik, Lukas, Sanat and Mathias – starting their professional careers at the international supplier of catering and hotel supplies.
The first week of training was all about getting to know each other, training and teamwork. In addition to introductions to the various areas of the company, the new talents were given exciting insights into LUSINI’s brand world and corporate culture. Creative and sporty team-building activities provided variety: From bridge building and rope crossing outdoors to a company rally around the company premises and spaghetti marshmallow tower building.
The induction week ended with a joint trip to the “Jump Town” trampoline park – a successful start to the training programme and a sign of the strong team spirit that characterises the work at LUSINI.
