The creative heart of LUSINI beats not only in the digital space, but also in physical meetings and workshops where innovations are born and growth strategies are developed. Our 1st International Sales Meeting was all about this philosophy.
From 11 to 13 September, the LUSINI field and sales team gathered at the renowned Hotel Competence Centre and later at the headquarters in Wertingen. This meeting was particularly remarkable for the diversity of the participants. With colleagues from all our branches, including 19 employees from the German field service and sales division, two from France, six from Italy, nine from Switzerland, and four colleagues each from Croatia, Austria, Scandinavia and Spain. This meeting strengthened our cooperation on an international level. The three days were dedicated to the exchange of ideas, training and collegial networking with productive workshops on how to best showcase clients, customers and their locations.
The discussions focused on strategic customer development and the creation of a 100% personalised showroom customer experience. Because at LUSINI, we believe that every customer is unique and deserves a customised experience that meets their needs and expectations. Digitalisation in sales was another key theme. In a world that is becoming more and more digital, we are constantly striving to optimise our digital processes in order to offer our customers a seamless and high-quality shopping experience.
